Venetian Mask Bacco Frutta - Large

The jester, always present in the noble Venetian palaces, depending on their dress and their hairstyle changed the way of entertaining the nobles and their guests. In this mask its the face is made in papier-mache and entirely decorated with stucco and gold leaf and the contour is realized with the various types of leaves, multiple qualities of fruit and flowers. This homogeneous and elegant composition makes this mask unique in its kind.
