Venetian Mask Jolly Tonino Bavero - Large

A jester is a multiple being, he is a musician, a poet, an actor, a saltimbanco and a transformist, a sort of expert of fun at the court of the king and princes, always present in the noble Venetian palaces, depending on their dress and their hairstyle changed their way of entertaining the nobles and their guests.

A face that can inspire many masks with many applications. In this version in papier-mache face entirely decorated with stucco and gold leaf, the particular cone-shaped hat is surrounded by appliqués in fabrics, trimmings and bells, a lapel underneath enriched with precious trimmings completes the mask.
